Wholesale Terms & Conditions – Sour Power Bakery 1. Orders, Pricing & Payment • Wholesale prices will be those agreed and confirmed over email. • A deposit (as discussed and agreed over email) must be paid at the time of placing the order. • Orders will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received. • The remaining balance must be paid in full on collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. Invoices & Availability • An invoice will be sent once the order has been placed. • If the invoice does not include all of the requested products, this may be due to flour availability, staffing, or production capacity. • While we will always do our best to fulfill the full order, availability cannot be guaranteed. 3. Collection • All wholesale orders are for collection only from Sour Power Bakery. •Orders must be collected on the agreed day and no later than 4:00pm, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. • Due to limited storage space, large wholesale orders cannot be held past the collection date. If not collected, the order will no longer be available and no refund will be issued. 4. Cancellations & Refunds • Once an order has been placed and a deposit paid, cancellations may result in the deposit being retained. • If we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, technical issues, or temporary bakery closure), a refund for the deposit and/or any payments already made will be issued. • In the event that a refund is required, the customer agrees to provide their full name, sort code, and account number in order for the refund to be processed. Refunds will only be made via bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer. Please note that refunds may take up to seven (7) working days to appear in the customer’s account. 5. Quality & Storage • All products are baked fresh, and are best enjoyed on the day of collection. • Sourdough bread is best consumed within 3–4 days. • Sourdough also freezes well, either whole or pre-sliced. • We cannot accept responsibility for items not stored correctly after collection. • As our products are handmade, small variations in size, colour, or decoration may occur. 6. Allergens • All of our products are prepared in a single kitchen where equipment and surfaces are used for a variety of bakes. As a result, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. • While some items may not contain a specific allergen as an ingredient, they may have come into contact with one of the 14 major allergens during preparation. • If you are reselling our products, it is your responsibility to ensure that allergen information is clearly communicated to your customers. • Sour Power Bakery will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur. 7. Contact If you have any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. 8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions Sour Power Bakery reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Wholesale Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure they are aware of the latest version.
