What started as a necessity, baking for my husband and son, who are allergic to yeast quickly became my happy place. By day, I’m a teacher; by night, I run a cozy at-home micro bakery, crafting small-batch artisan sourdough. My journey began with a 50 year old starter, a gift from my best friend, and has since grown into a true labor of love. Every loaf is made with just four simple ingredients: flour, water, salt, and love. There’s nothing quite like the warmth of homemade bread, and I’m so grateful to share that with you.
