Do you have a storefront?
I do not. I am a cottage baker, and abide and operate under Wisconsin cottage laws. I have a stand on my front porch that you can find your order in!
Can I receive a refund or exchange?
I do not offer refunds at this time. If you are unhappy with your items, please reach out to me so I can see where I can improve!
Do you do custom order requests?
I do! Send me an email or message and I will do my best to accommodate!
I don’t see my favorite items in the shop. Can I order them anyway?
Always feel free to reach out to me and I will try my best to make you your favorite items! Some items are seasonal, which is why you may not find them on the menu.
Where can I pickup my order?
You can find the pickup address on the invoice that you received when I accepted your order.
How do I know my order went through?
When you place your order, you should receive a confirmation message via text or email. I then receive the order on my end, accept it, and send you an invoice. PLEASE REMEMBER TO ACCEPT THE INVOICE or your order may not be baked for you on your pickup day.
How fresh are your items?
I bake orders the morning of pickup.
Are you gluten-free?
My items are not gluten-free. My sourdough is often eaten by people with gluten-intolerances due to the fermentation of the dough, however I do not offer any gluten-free products at this time.
Can you accommodate for allergies?
I do my best to avoid cross-contamination, however, I bake in my home kitchen and cannot guarantee 100% that I am allergen-free.
