These are the Terms and Conditions for Soft Belly Cookies LLC. Information last updated Dec 1st, 2025 Order Payment I require an upfront 50% deposit to source your cute cutters, edible images, sprinkles, fabulous food colors, and perfect packaging. Your payment also reserves your delivery/pick-up date! Your final payment will be your cookie due date. No-Show Policy Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. If you don't show up to the agreed-upon pick-up time, you'll forfeit your order. If there is traffic, illness or another last minute pick up issue, just make sure to contact me as soon as possible. We can work together to figure it out! 🤗 Refunds Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis and only offered 24 hours after you receive your cookies. Last minute cancellations will NOT be refunded. If there is an issue with your order please reach out and I will make it right. Cookie credits will be encouraged. Delivery/Pickup All orders are for local Philadelphia PA/New Jersey delivery only. I offer delivery for a 10 mile radius depending. For pick ups, after your cookie order is confirmed, I will send you the pick up location. Most pick ups will be set for evenings. Rush fee/Change cut off If you are placing an order for week of, you will be charged a $25 rush fee. (IF I’m able to squeeze you into my schedule.) You will not be able to change designs 1 week prior to your due date. If it’s something I can change easily, you will be charged a small change fee. Shipping Pennsylvania allows cottage bakers to ship cookies! Yay! Currently I use USPS PRIORITY shipping and it usually takes 2-5 days depending on distance. I will package your cookies as secure as possible. Incase of an issue please contact me as soon as possible. $30 shipping fee covers postage/box/bubble wrap. Price Adjustments All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. There may be a price difference in cookies you order depending on my costs, design difficulty or ease, or other factors. Cookie Photos Say Cheese!! I post photos of client orders to social media profiles. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me.
