If you will be consuming at a later date, cookies can be frozen up to three months. To do so, leave them in their sealed packaging and place in an airtight container. Defrost cookies by leaving them out at room temperature. • do not microwave • When defrosting, do not open the container until they reach room temperature - it could ruin the design.
