✨ Orders & Payments
• All custom orders must be placed in advance (recommended: at least 1–3 days notice, depending on design complexity).
• A non-refundable $20 deposit or full payment is required to secure your order.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
• Remaining balances must be paid before pickup/delivery.
🎨 Design & Customization
• I will do my best to match inspiration photos, but exact replicas are not guaranteed.
• Colors, details, and final designs may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of products.
• Please be as detailed as possible when submitting your order to ensure accuracy.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
• Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
• If you need to cancel, a store credit may be offered at our discretion.
🚗 Pickup & Delivery
• All orders are picked up from our home location unless otherwise arranged in advance.
• Delivery is available Monday–Friday, excluding federal and training holidays:
• Fort Wainwright: Free
• Eielson Air Force Base: $7
• North Pole: $7+ (depending on delivery location)
• Fairbanks: $7+ (depending on delivery location)
• Delivery is available Saturday–Sunday and on federal/training holidays at the following rates:
• Fort Wainwright: $12
• Eielson Air Force Base: $12
• North Pole: $12+ (depending on delivery location)
• Fairbanks: $12+ (depending on delivery location)
• Delivery times must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
⚠️ Allergies & Ingredients
• Products are made in a kitchen that may handle common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform guests of potential allergens.
🌡️ Storage & Care
• Cookie cakes should be kept in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid direct sunlight and heat to prevent melting or damage.
• Best enjoyed within 2–3 days for optimal freshness.
📸 Photos & Marketing
• I may take photos of completed orders for portfolio and social media use.
• If you prefer your order not be shared, please let me know in advance.
