Submit an inquiry with your event date, location, and estimated guest count. - Once we have confirmed availability, you will receive an order form to select your cookie cake types, buttercream flavors, which toppings, and what drizzles you'd like at your party. At this point you can decide if you'd like to upgrade. 2. Receive a custom proposal with your completed event details. 3. Sign your agreement and submit your non-refundable retainer. 4. Your date is officially secured! •How does the Cookie Cake Cart work? Our interactive cart allows guests to create their own custom cookie cake cups from our signature flavors and curated toppings. Each serving is assembled fresh on-site and beautifully presented. •What is the minimum booking requirement? Our Cookie Cake Cart begins at $14 per guest with a 25 guest minimum. •How long is service? Standard service includes up to 1.5 - 2 hours of on-site service. Additional time may be added upon request for an additional fee. •What is included in the pricing? Your booking includes: • Cart setup & breakdown • On-site service • Signature cookie cake flavors • Curated topping selections • Elegant display styling •How many different options come with my package? For 50-75 guests: • 2 cookie cake types • 2 buttercream flavors • 6 toppings • 3 drizzles For 76-100 guests: • 3 cookie cake types • 3 buttercream flavors • 8 toppings • 4 drizzles For 101-150 guests: • 4 cookie cakes types • 4 buttercream flavors • 10 toppings • 5 drizzles **you can always upgrade your current package to fit your needs** •Do you require a deposit? Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event. •Do you offer delivery outside of your area? Yes! Travel fees may apply depending on event location. Final pricing will be included in your custom quote. •Can flavors or colors be customized? Absolutely. We love coordinating with your event aesthetic and can customize flavors, toppings, and styling to match your theme. •Do you offer services for smaller events? If your guest count is below our 25 person minimum, feel free to submit an inquiry. We may offer alternative options depending on availability.
