Do I need to download the Bakesy app to place an order?
No! Customers can order through my Bakesy Shop. You do not need to download the app or create an account.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! I love creating special items for my customers. Please message me to discuss your ideas. Please note: I do not offer personalized cake decorations at this time.
Where are you located?
Singing Bee Creations is located on the Westside in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I offer local pick up only for all orders, unless prior arrangements are made.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! I offer shipping on non-perishable items only.
Do you take cash or check payments?
Absolutely. If you’re paying with cash or check, please message me directly so I can reserve your order and provide payment instructions.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is not offered at this time, except by prior arrangement for special circumstances. If you need to make special arrangements, contact me before placing your order.
How far in advance should I place my order?
My lead time is typically 4 days. However, for custom baked goods or handmade items it is best to place your order at least 1-2 weeks in advance. I do book up quickly, especially around holidays!
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your pickup date to receive a full refund.
Do you take last-minute orders?
I typically require a 4-day lead time, but contact me prior to placing an order to check my availability. I am happy to accommodate, if possible.
