This process gives sourdough its distinctive tangy flavor, chewy texture, and crisp crust. Unlike breads made with commercial yeast, sourdough rises slowly, allowing for complex flavors to develop. It’s often praised for its digestibility and long shelf life. Each full-size loaf is approx. 28oz. Sourdough Flight: approx. 7-10oz. each, with inclusions.
