Order Lead Time Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 1–2 months’ notice for all catering orders whenever possible. This allows adequate time to thoughtfully plan, prepare, and execute each event with excellence.
All orders require a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice.
Requests submitted within two weeks of the event date are considered rush orders and may be accepted at our discretion. If approved, a rush fee will apply.
2. Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush orders (requests placed within two weeks of the event date) may be accepted depending on availability and will include an additional rush fee.
3. What is required to secure my booking?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
4. When is the remaining balance due ?
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 business days before your event date, unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
5. What is your cancellation policy? Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional charges based on preparation and incurred costs.
6. Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes. Delivery and professional setup will be included in full-service catering packages unless otherwise noted.
7. Do you provide plates, cutlery, and napkins?
Yes. Standard disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins are included with catered events.
8. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs (such as vegetarian or allergy-conscious requests) when communicated in advance.
9. Do you offer tastings?
Tastings may be offered for larger events upon request and availability. Please inquire for details.
10. What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
