Capabilities & Pricing

Please Be Advised – Policies & Important Information

✨ A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders and secure your pickup or delivery date.

✨ The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to the scheduled pickup or event date. Orders with unpaid balances by the due date will be considered cancelled and will result in forfeiture of the deposit, order contents, and reserved time slot.

✨ All orders require a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice.

Requests placed within two weeks of the event date are considered rush orders and may be accepted at our discretion with an additional rush fee.

✨ Meal Prep Orders:

Meal prep orders require 3–5 days’ notice, depending on order size. Custom menus and dietary requests must be finalized before payment is accepted.

✨ Weddings & Large Events:

Weddings and large-scale events require a consultation and may require a custom proposal and service agreement. Additional service, staffing, setup, or travel fees may apply based on event needs.

✨ Custom & Artistic Work:

All items are handcrafted. While every effort is made to match inspiration photos and requests, final designs may vary slightly due to the artistic nature of the work.

✨ Allergy Notice:

Our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

✨ Pickup & Delivery Responsibility:

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, Simone B Catering is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, weather exposure, or transportation.

✨ Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable. Deposits are always non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling.

• A $200 minimum order is required for all custom orders.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy Simone B Catering At Simone B Catering, every order is custom-prepared with intentional planning, premium ingredients, and dedicated time. For this reason, the following policy applies to all clients and events. Cancellations • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled event date will forfeit the deposit but no additional balance will be due. • Cancellations made within 7–13 days of the event date may be subject to additional charges up to 50% of the remaining balance, due to preparation and ingredient purchasing. • Cancellations made within 6 days or less of the event date are considered a full order commitment and the full balance will remain due. Rescheduling • One (1) complimentary reschedule may be granted if the request is made at least 14 days prior to the event date and subject to availability. • Reschedule requests made within 14 days of the event date may be approved at our discretion and may require a rescheduling fee. • Reschedules are not guaranteed and depend on calendar availability. • Orders may only be transferred once. Any additional changes will be treated as a cancellation. No-Shows / Client Delays • Failure to appear for pickup or failure to accept delivery at the scheduled time is considered a completed order, and no refunds or credits will be issued. • Orders not picked up within the agreed window may be released or discarded due to food safety and scheduling limitations. Wedding Order Policy Simone B Catering Weddings are a significant and meaningful occasion, and Simone B Catering is honored to serve as part of such celebrations. Because wedding orders require extensive planning, preparation, and coordination, the following policies apply to all wedding-related bookings. Booking & Retainer • A non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required to secure your wedding date on our calendar. • Wedding dates are not confirmed until the retainer has been received and the booking agreement has been accepted. • Due to the nature of wedding events, dates are reserved exclusively for the client once booked. Lead Time • A minimum of 30–60 days’ notice is strongly recommended for wedding orders to allow for proper planning and execution. • Large or highly customized weddings may require additional lead time depending on scope and complexity. Consultations & Design Planning • A consultation may be scheduled to discuss vision, theme, flavors, servings, and presentation. • Inspiration photos are welcome; however, all designs are interpreted in Simone B Catering’s unique artistic style. Exact replicas of another artist’s work are not guaranteed. Tastings • Tastings are offered by appointment only and are subject to a tasting fee unless otherwise stated. • Tasting fees are separate from the final wedding invoice unless explicitly credited toward the booking. Guest Count & Final Details • A final guest count, menu selection, and event details must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the event date. • This final count will be considered the guaranteed minimum for billing and preparation purposes. Payments • All wedding balances must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date. • Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services, with all payments forfeited. Delivery & Setup • Delivery and setup fees may apply based on location, size of order, and logistical requirements. • A responsible representative must be present to receive the order and confirm completion. Changes & Revisions • Minor changes may be accommodated if requested at least 14 days prior to the event and are subject to approval. • Major changes requested after the planning phase may incur additional fees or may not be possible. Artistic Discretion • Simone B Catering reserves creative discretion to ensure quality and structural integrity while honoring the agreed-upon design vision. • Slight variations in color, florals, and decorative elements are natural in custom edible art. Meal Prep Policy Simone B Catering Our meal prep offerings are designed to support convenience, consistency, and quality nutrition. Because meal prep involves advance planning and fresh ingredient purchasing, the following policy applies: Ordering & Lead Time • All meal prep orders require a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice. • Availability is limited and meal prep slots are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Payments • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your meal prep order. • The remaining balance is due no later than one (1) week prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. • Orders will not be fulfilled without full payment. Customization • Dietary preferences and ingredient requests can be discussed during ordering. • While we do our best to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee substitutions for every allergy or dietary restriction. No-Shows & Late Pickups • Missed pickups or unavailable recipients at delivery are considered a completed order. • No refunds or credits will be issued for meals not collected or received. Quality & Storage • Simone B Catering is not responsible for food quality once meals have been delivered or picked up. • Proper refrigeration and handling are the client’s responsibility after receipt. ⸻ Delivery & Pickup Policy Simone B Catering To ensure smooth service and food safety, the following delivery and pickup policies apply to all orders. Delivery • Delivery is available for eligible orders and may include an additional delivery fee based on distance and logistics. • A responsible adult must be available at the delivery location to receive the order at the scheduled time. • If the client is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled. No refunds will be issued. Pickup • Pickup times are scheduled in advance and must be honored. • Orders not picked up within the agreed window may be released or discarded due to food safety standards and scheduling limitations. • No refunds or credits are issued for late or missed pickups. Address Accuracy • Clients are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact information. • Simone B Catering is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
