Need to know:
• All custom cake/cupcake orders must be placed at least (1) week in advance (Excluding celebration boxes). Rush orders will require a rush fee.
*Custom Cupcake Orders Start @ $50
*Custom Cake Orders Start @ $100
• Cookie/Cupcake/ Brownie Orders:
We have a 1 dozen minimum for all personal orders. ($20+) with a variety of premium + specialty flavors. These orders can be placed same-day before 12pm.
Custom Orders:
Inspiration pictures are always welcomed. I will reach out to confirm all order details & to ensure everything is correct (color/design details, etc) before order is accepted.
Deposits:
Deposits are due within*24 hours* after order is accepted & invoice has been sent. SALE/Presale/Same day (Personal)/Rush orders: your **FULL payment** is due immediately after order acceptance.
Final 50% payment -Custom* Orders:
Delivery Orders: (1) week before delivery date.
Pickup orders: 72 hours before pickup date*** (unless otherwise stated via invoice)
Please be on time for your pickup. For your convenience, a 1-2 hour pickup/delivery window is set and reconfirmed 1 day from your scheduled order date.
If you would like to make any additional changes please do so before the day of your order pickup/delivery as I will be unable to accommodate any last minute changes.

Rush Order Fee (CAKE ORDERS)
***RUSH ORDERS*** There is a $50 minimum fee on all rush orders & $100 fee on all next day cake orders. Yes, I do accept some rush orders on a case by case basis depending on order size/complexity. The fine print:
All orders & deposits are final sale. Once your order deposit is paid you have entered into an agreement with Sierra Sweetz, and nothing from your invoice can be changed or removed but your order pickup TIME. You can choose to [add on] any additional items if needed by receiving a new, updated invoice. Deposits are not refundable, non-transferable, and canceling your order will forfeit your contract and deposit amount. Thank you for your cooperation!
