Please read carefully before placing an order. By booking with Sharnaa's Treats, you agree to the terms below. ORDERS & BOOKINGS •All cakes are bespoke and made to order. • Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received. • Prices start "from" and may increase depending on design complexity, size, flavours, and extras. • We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled to our standard. PAYMENTS 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your order • Wedding & tiered cakes require a non-refundable booking fee and are subject to a minimum spend. • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 24 hours before collection or delivery. No payments = no order confirmed. For security reasons, collection details will not be shared until full payment has been received. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY • All booking fees and payments are non-refundable, as ingredients, time, and preparation are committed immediately. Cancellations for any reason (including illness, change of mind, or event cancellation) do not qualify for a refund. Date changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed DESIGN & CUSTOM WORK Inspiration photos are used as a guide only. Exact replicas cannot be guaranteed Minor variations in colour, finish, and decoration are normal and not considered faults. Once a design is approved, changes may incur additional charges. COLLECTION & DELIVERY Collection times are agreed in advance. Late collections may result in delays or forfeiture without refund Once the cake leaves our care, we are not responsible for damage caused by transport, handling, weather, or venue conditions.Powered by
