ORDERS & BOOKINGS

All cakes are bespoke and made to order.

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Prices start "from" and may increase depending on design complexity, size, flavours, and extras.

We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled to our standard.

PAYMENTS

50% NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is needed to secure your order.

Wedding & tiered cakes require a non-refundable booking fee and are subject to a minimum spend.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 24 hours before collection or delivery.

No payments = no order confirmed.

For security reasons, collection details will not be shared until full payment has been received.

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All booking fees and payments are non-refundable, as ingredients, time, and preparation are committed immediately.

Cancellations for any reason (including illness, change of mind, or event cancellation) do not qualify for a refund.

Date changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed

DESIGN & CUSTOM WORK

Inspiration photos are used as a guide only.

Exact replicas cannot be guaranteed

Minor variations in colour, finish, and decoration are normal and not considered faults.

Once a design is approved, changes may incur additional charges.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY

Collection times are agreed in advance.

Late collections may result in delays or forfeiture without refund

Once the cake leaves our care, we are not responsible for damage caused by transport, handling, weather, or venue conditions.

ALLERGENS & FOOD SAFETY

Cakes are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, and soy.

Full allergen-free environments cannot be guaranteed.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform guests of potential allergens.

PHOTOS & MARKETING

Sharnaa's Treats reserves the right to photograph all orders for portfolio and social media use.

Please inform us in advance if you do not wish your order to be shared

COMMUNICATION

We are not responsible for misunderstandings due to incomplete or unclear information.

By placing an order, you confirm all details provided are correct.
