Do you offer allergen friendly options?
Yes! I offer vegan, GF, dairy free, & egg free options at a small additional fee. This fee accommodates the ingredient substitution costs and the labor involved with taking extra precautions to avoid cross contamination. Please note that although I try my absolute best to avoid cross contamination, these baked foods are not produced in an allergen free kitchen and could come in contact with common food allergens. If you wish to place an order for one of these allergy friendly options and it is not offered during the order questionnaire, please leave it in the order notes at the end.

Why is it so expensive?
••Custom cakes are not simply just sweets; they are edible works of art that require skill, creativity, and craftsmanship. The cost of a custom cake reflects the time, effort, and expertise invested in creating a unique and personalized masterpiece. My home bakery does not use store bought mixes and therefore, everything is homemade from scratch using the best ingredients with minimal preservatives and artificial ingredients. The use of high quality ingredients significantly adds to the overall cost of a cake. Most people compare custom cakes to super market cakes and that’s why their jaw drops when they are quoted a drastically higher price tag. The difference is that those cakes are baked in a huge mass production bakery (with low quality ingredients, preservatives, generic prints or designs), frozen, and then shipped to the stores. The average cost of a decorated supermarket cake is often equivalent to or less than just the ingredients used to make just one homemade vanilla cake the same size. That cost doesn’t factor in the supplies, labor, skill, overhead fees (gas, electricity, etc), and also the depreciation of expensive equipment being used.
••Let’s talk luxury cookies! Decorated sugar cookies take lots and lots of hours from start to finish even if it’s just one dozen. You have to make the dough, evenly roll it out, cut out each cookie, and then bake them for the perfect amount of time at the perfect temperature. Once they cool, they are then individually hand decorated, and after allowing 12-24 hours of drying time, they are then packaged up with lots of love and care. Overall, they are very tedious but one of most rewarding custom baked goods I offer. They are luxury cookies and delicious artwork. Often, I strategically plan ahead and digitally design sets that coordinate well together so I can personally reflect back to those designs while decorating. It’s just a little extra step I like to do to help ensure I deliver absolutely beautiful cookies to the best of my abilities.
A lot of LOVE, intricacy, learned skill, hard work, planning, time, and quality ingredients go into making all of the sweets I offer. From cakes, cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, cookie cakes, & more— I strive to delivery one of a kind designs and pure deliciousness.

Terms & Conditions:
All Products made by me are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
•DEPOSITS•
All rush orders and orders $75 and under require a 100% non refundable advance of the invoice. Orders over $75 require a 50% non refundable advance of the invoice.
Where I have delivered what is quoted and invoiced, but the Customer does not accept the finished Product(s), the deposit WILL NOT be refunded. The Customer can choose to pay the remaining balance and take the Product(s) or leave them at no extra cost.
•FINAL BALANCE PAYMENTS•
The balance is due on or before pickup date, and before the Product is released from my care. You will receive a reminder one day prior to your order’s due date.
•DESIGN•
I do not copy another artists work therefore any orders containing an inspiration picture will be re-interpreted by me using their photos only as inspiration for my designs.
•INGREDIENTS/ ALLERGY DISCLAIMER•
All baked goods in my kitchen may come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform me during the online ordering process of any recipe adjustments needed to accommodate allergies/ sensitivities. I will do my best to take precautions to avoid cross contamination. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy information and accordingly, I will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of my baked goods.
•QUOTES VALIDITY•
All quotes for custom items will be honored for 14 days from the date of issue. If you are quoted a price in March for an order due in July but you decide to postpone ordering until May, your quote could increase depending on several factors.
•LEAD TIME•
I prefer at least fourteen (14) days notice for all orders, as I am usually booked in advance. I will however endeavor, where availability permits, accept short notice orders and apply a rush fee. Cake orders placed within 5 days of the due date will be subject to a $15-$30 rush fee. Cookie orders placed within 7 days of their due date will be subject to a $15-$30 rush fee.
•QUALITY & DISPUTES•
I strive to provide my customers with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations. Using premium ingredients is highly important to me and I think sets me apart from other bakeries. I use many non-GMO, organic, and all natural ingredients to ensure the highest quality is given. I also strive to create things in a timely manner as to reserve the freshness of that product until pick up/ delivery time and date.
If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of my product once consumed on the due date, I welcome their feedback and will do what I can to make things right. I kindly ask that they contact me first before leaving a negative review of my business. It is NEVER my intentions to deliver unsatisfactory products and although rare, it is possible that any of my baked goods could meet lower than my own standards. I do not offer refunds but I do hope to correct the situation and provide a fair solution. When appropriate, I kindly ask that the customer return the unsatisfactory baked good(s) to me so I can further examine the issue.
Although most of my baked goods have attached care cards/ instructions on them, I cannot guarantee freshness to products consumed beyond the pick up/ delivery date.
•DELIVERY AND PICK UP•
I offer delivery within a certain radius and charge a fee based on distance and requirements for that delivery.
Delivery and pick up will be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner. Once baked goods are accepted by the customer and are no longer in my care, it is then up to the customer to store and care for the product(s). If anything is to happen to the product(s) after this exchange, I am not liable for any damages.
A delivery or pick up date and time will be agreed by both parties, and if the customer is not at location at this time and date, and I am unable to contact the customer, the product(s) will be transported back to my premises and it will be the customer’s responsibility to collect them from me.
If a third party will be collecting the product(s) on the customer’s behalf, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform the third party to verify there are no damages to the products before exchange of hands. Once the product(s) are in the care of that person, I am not liable of any damage that may occur while in their care.
•PUBLICATION•
I reserve the right to use any image of a Product made by me for publication at a later date. All photos sent from me to the customer are released to be used for publication as long as Savannah’s Cakes & Cookies is mentioned or the photo is watermarked with my logo.
•POSTPONEMENT•
If, for any reason the event is required to be postponed, please contact me immediately.
The new date proposed will be subject to availability.
If the product has already been created, I will place them in the customer’s care. It will be the customer’s responsibility to care for these products using my care instructions.
•CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS•
If cancellation of the order is required, and you have paid your full balance, the refund policy is as follows:
If the cancellation is up to one (1) month in advance of the order’s due date and you have completed the invoice, you will receive a refund for your order subtracting the non refundable deposit.
The cost of supplies or ingredients specific to the order that I cannot use on another order, or might expire, along with my wages if I've spent any hours of time in planning, shopping, etc. may also be deducted.
If the cancellation is less than seven (7) days prior to your event, there will be no refunds given.
Short notice cancellations due to crisis such as a medical emergency or unforeseen loss of a family member will be rescheduled or fully credited toward a future purchase. In the rare event one of these crisis do takes place and the customer is unable to reschedule or use these funds on a future order, the order may also be subject to a partial refund of deposit.
Bookings canceled due to me being ill or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects the ability for me to deliver the ordered Product, the deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days of notifying the Customer.
For any cancellations or postponement of orders, customer MUST reach out to me ASAP.
