Sasha's Sourdough is an all sourdough bakery. You can find products at my home market Dublin Bridge Park, every Saturday 9a-12p May-September 2026!

WHY Sasha's Sourdough? I specialize in long fermented loaves, with custom flavors that make you want to devour the whole loaf in just one sitting (oops).

✨Gluten Sensitivity & Ingredients:✨

A large percentage of my customers have a gluten intolerance and are able to eat my sourdough, the first bread they’ve been able to enjoy in years! This includes sweet treats, pastries, pizzas.

Everything is made from the same mother (naturally fermented) completely yeast free. Range is around 200ppm’s of Gluten. Very low!

Organic Unbleached Bread Flour (not enriched), filtered water, & pink salt.

All ingredients are organic. Using methods that date back to 3000 BC; even my starter is from scratch. Hand mixed & folded from start to finish.

If you didn't know- Sourdough is packed with so many nutrients, healthy carbs, protein, fiber, iron and vitamins like folate. It can improve digestion, lower chronic disease risk and even promote healthy aging. A true "Blue Zone" food! Making sourdough the healthiest bread to enjoy.

Place order at minimum 48hrs in advance

Porch Pickup 10a- 7:30pm

Once order is placed you will receive an invoice shortly after with instructions on how to pay and pickup location.

Place market week orders anytime between Wednesday-Friday by 5pm for Saturday morning Market Pickup. You will have full selection of that week’s market menu. Just pay the invoice & skip the line! What’s better?
