I recently found out that I have a food sensitivity to yeast, cane sugar and cows dairy, but not gluten, like i thought. I was told to go the sourdough route, but so many storebought sourdoughs have added brewers or bakers yeast in them and I can't have either. I found Sara's Bakery online and wanted to check it out. She reached out to me to verify my dietary issues before making my bread and I greatly apprecited that extra attention to customer service! Yes, eggs, no butter, no cane sugar, ... she used honey! When I went to pick up the bread, it was still warm from the oven and I couldn't wait - i tore off a piece as soon as I got it in the car... SOOOO good! So soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, tangy, delicious 😋 I am now going to be a regular customer! Brava Sara! Your home business ROCKS!
