Hi! We’re Amber and Sara – the friends, bakers, and founders behind Sanchez’s Heritage Loaves. We both work full-time jobs during the week, but our weekends are dedicated to slow, intentional baking and bringing fresh sourdough to our community.
Every loaf is made from scratch in our home kitchen using a 1.5-year-old sourdough starter, with no mixers and no shortcuts. Our process takes three full days and is fueled by passion, patience, and plenty of flour. With help from our kids and close friends, we bake in small batches and bring a rotating menu to local markets—always keeping our classic sourdough and jalapeño cheddar loaves on the table.
Our bread is more than just food—it’s a family-powered tradition we’re proud to share with you.
