A 50% deposit is due at the time the order is placed. The deposit is used to purchase supplies and secure your date. Remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup.

NOTE: your event will not be added to my calendar until the deposit is paid.

Clients are more than welcome to pay in full upon booking.

Any Custom Order placed less than a week’s notice will undergo a $25 Rush Fee.

In the case your event is cancelled or rescheduled, please let me know ASAP. Any Custom Order cancelled with less than a week’s notice will be charged a $50 Cancellation Fee plus the remaining balance.

All refunds and returns are assessed on a case by case basis.

All sales are subject to a 9.5% sales tax.
