Here’s how it works: • Enter your contact and event information. • Upload your theme, ideas, designs, and inspiration photos and I’ll text you with your quote! • Once we’ve discussed details and you’re ready to book, I’ll send you the invoice with all the details and ways to submit payment. • Pay your deposit and your order is confirmed! I’ll text you when your order is ready for pickup and we’ll discuss a pickup time. The pickup address should be included on your invoice. Your remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup.

Custom Royal Icing Decorated Sugar Cookies, Drop Cookies, DIY Cookie Kits, and Cookie Cakes🍪
A 50% deposit is due at the time the order is placed. The deposit is used to purchase supplies and secure your date. Remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup.
NOTE: your event will not be added to my calendar until the deposit is paid.
Clients are more than welcome to pay in full upon booking.
Any Custom Order placed less than a week’s notice will undergo a $25 Rush Fee.
In the case your event is cancelled or rescheduled, please let me know ASAP. Any Custom Order cancelled with less than a week’s notice will be charged a $50 Cancellation Fee plus the remaining balance.
Delivery, set up, and/or serving is available for an additional fee. Pricing varies on event location and serving preferences.
All refunds and returns are assessed on a case by case basis.
Rockin’ Robin’s Sugar Cookies is not responsible for the care of cookies once they have been handed over to the client.
