Based on the cottage laws in VA, all orders must be paid in person once you pick up your baked goods. We accept venmo, cash or PayPal.
What happens if I can’t pick up my order?
We understand that things can come up but it would be good to have someone pick up your order if you can’t make it in time.
Any forgotten orders will be available for sale at a small discount on Friday morning.
Please note: If a customer misses pickup more than twice, they will no longer be able to place orders with Rising Grace Baking in the future.
What time do I pick up?
Between 3-8pm on Thursday.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
• Orders are FINAL However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your order you will need to let me know 2 days in advanced.
Why cant i just order on the day i want some bread (Why do i have to pre-order?)
The reason we ask for your orders by the Sunday preceding Thursday pickup is that the process of making sourdough bread takes anywhere from 3 to 5 days.
