I picked up my first loaf of fresh-baked cheddar and jalapeño sourdough, and wow. The sourdough has amazing flavour: the perfect amount of heat from the jalapeño, and the cheddar melted in so nicely. You can really tell the ingredients are top quality, and there’s a real sense of care and integrity in how it’s made.
The pumpkin loaf was just as fantastic-soft, moist, lightly sweet, and full of cozy fall flavor. Honestly, both of these bakes were such a treat. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! So many options to try.
