Tried the sourdough cinnamon roll and the sourdough chocolate chip cookie, and both were excellent! The cinnamon roll was soft, flavorful, and not overly sweet, and the cookie had great texture with just the right amount of chocolate. You can really tell care goes into the baking. I’d definitely order again!!

I did the take and bake so we could have these delicious cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning. The steps were a little more involved but SO WORTH IT. These cinnamon rolls are the best I’ve ever had and the cream cheese frosting is *perfection*

Everything we have ordered from Jeannie has been so incredibly fresh and delicious!! The cinnamon rolls are perfectly gooey, golden brown, just the right amount of sweet. Her sourdough loaves are beautiful and baked to perfection. My favorite thing of all, however, has to be her chocolate chunk cookies. They are soft in the middle with perfect crispy edges, gooey chunks of chocolate throughout, and a hint of salty to balance all the yummy sweetness. I could eat those by the dozen! Ordering is straightforward, confirmation and communication was great, and porch pickup was so easy. Looking forward to many more orders & supporting this wonderful small business!

The sourdough cinnamon rolls are SO good-soft, gooey, and full of flavor, and the icing on top is the perfect finishing touch! The cookies are just as amazing, perfectly chewy! Ordering was super easy and the owner/baker is so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

As a fellow sourdough baker, I have high standards for baked goods and spending money on them. I’ve ordered from Jeannie a few times because no one does it like she does. No one has perfected their craft and maintained such consistency like her. Her cinnamon rolls are so fluffy and the icing is the perfect amount of sweetness. The chocolate chip cookies are HUGE and have incredible flavor. Since having the cinna bites, my 2 year old daughter has asked for “cimamama bits” every morning for breakfast. Don’t hesitate to order from Rise Bakery, because it will never disappoint!

I ordered three dozen cinnamon rolls to celebrate a milestone with my team of 30, thinking we’d have plenty of leftovers. I couldn’t have been more wrong. These were gone in no time! They are perfection - delicious sourdough flavor, gooey cinnamon filling, and a decadent cream cheese frosting (which is a must for a cinnamon roll in my opinion). Literally bought one cinnamon roll to try last week and fell in love! I’m a sucker for cream cheese frosting!

First of all, the cinnamon rolls are perfection. There is a reason they have won awards. Secondly, Jeannie is the absolute sweetest. She added sprinkles to one of the cinnas and wrote a sweet note to make my daughter feel special on her birthday. Last of all, ordering, payment, and pick up are a breeze. Don’t hesitate and support this awesome business!

I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to write this. Absolutely the most perfect cinnamon rolls ever!!! The best in OKC! The cinna bites are the BEST! Not shareable! My son writes a note on them when we get them that nobody is allowed to eat them! Jeannie is the absolute nicest person ever too! These sourdough cinnamon rolls are delicious! It was rainy and humid on the day Jeannie baked these and after I picked them up she decided she was unhappy with the density of the rolls. To me they were still delicious with an excellent cream cheese butter cream icing but she made me a 2nd batch. This time the rolls had a traditional glaze icing because I had mentioned that cream cheese wasn't usually my preference. The 2nd rolls were even better, light and fluffy with just a hint of sourdough tang HOWEVER Jeannie is absolutely right to pair out with the cream cheese butter cream icing bc it elevates the rolls in a way that traditional icing does not!

These Cinna’s are literally the best. I drive all the way from Choctaw (40ish mins) to get them! Jeannie is so kind and is super accommodating on timing. She completely won me over when she wasn’t a huge fan of one of her recent bakes (which I thought was still yum!) and offered to remake. And the remake was 🔥🙌!!!!! Highly, highly recommend - you will not be disappointed!!!!
