📅 ORDERING & DEPOSIT POLICY 🧁 Ordering Policy • All orders must be placed at least 5 days before the requested pick-up or delivery date. • Rush orders may be accepted based on availability. • Rush orders requested within 3 days of the event date will incur a $15 rush fee. • Orders are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received. 💰 Deposits & Final Payments • Orders booked weeks or months in advance require a non-refundable deposit equal to 75% of the total order amount. • The remaining balance is due no later than 7:00 PM on the day before pick-up or delivery. • A payment reminder will be sent prior to the due date. • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your order without refund of your deposit. • Deposits are non-refundable and secure your date, supplies, and preparation time. • By placing an order with Reena’s Sweet Shoppee, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.

Unfortunately, Reena’s Sweets is not a nut free facility.

Payment Policy All payments are accepted through Cash App or Apple Pay. You have a 24-hour grace period to submit your payment after placing an order. If payment is not received within that timeframe, you will receive a message stating that your order has not been accepted. Please note: this does not mean you are unable to order from the shop again in the future—you are always welcome to place a new order at any time.

📦 PICK-UP, DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY 🧁 Pick-Up • After your order is confirmed, you will receive a scheduling link or time slot sheet to select your preferred pick-up time. • Customers are granted a 20-minute grace period from their selected pick-up time. • If you do not arrive within the 20-minute grace period, we will assume you intend to pick up your order the following day. • Orders not picked up by the following day and without communication from the customer will be considered abandoned. • Abandoned orders may be discarded, donated, or resold at the discretion of Reena’s Sweet Shoppee. • No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders. • Communication is important. If you anticipate being late or need to reschedule your pick-up, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make reasonable accommodations. 🚗 Delivery • Delivery is available starting at $15. • Delivery fees may increase based on distance and location. • We currently deliver within the City of Pittsburgh only. • We do not deliver to Penn Hills, Verona, Plum, Monroeville, or locations outside Pittsburgh city limits. 📬 Shipping • Shipping is available upon request for select items. • Shipping rates and available options will be provided during the ordering process. • Reena’s Sweet Shoppee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control once a package has been shipped.

Cake Orders Yes, we do make cakes! 🎂 However, please note that all cake orders are subject to approval. • We may accept or deny a cake order if we know in advance that we will not be able to fully meet your expectations or fulfill your specific design, flavor, or customization requests. • This ensures that every cake we create meets our quality standards and your satisfaction. • If we are unable to take on your order, you will be notified right away and are always welcome to order another time.
