Location: Pittsburgh Pennsylvania if you’re doing a pick up order an address will be sent to you VIA INVOICE Delivery: ⚠️Please note-If you’d like delivery it’s an added $15.00 no matter location in Pittsburgh ⚠️Please be aware that I do not deliver to Monroeville, Plum, Verona or Pennhills they all must be pick up 🫶🏿 Payment: Deposit must be sent for order to be accepted. If payment is not sent within 24hrs your request will be denied. You will receive a message stating “Hello Due to Payment not being sent during time frame your order has not been accepted by the Sweet Shoppe. That doesn’t mean you cannot order again.” Payment that is accepted is Cashapp&Applepay. Refunds: Refunds are something we take seriously over here. If we cancel your order due to ANY REASON we will send you a 100% deposit back! If you cancel your order we can send you a deposit back that is 100% if you cancel during your 48 hour grace period. Cause we know life happens and it’s okay to change your mind. If you did not like your order we do give a refund up to 40% of order and offer you something on our menu on us! Unfortunately we cannot give You a full refund because the amount of money that was spent on ingredients and items needed for your order. Pick ups: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be on time! If you let us know you’re going to be late thats fine you get a 30min grace period. After that normally pick up has to be the next day or later due to other deliveries for other customers.
