Any time I need baked goods, I start with Lena. She has provided delectable treats for my family throughout the holidays, my mom’s birthday, and most recently, my cousin’s milestone 30th. We went with banana pudding for the occasion, and people who “don’t like bananas” literally ate three! If that’s not a testament to the baker, nothing is. And that doesn’t even tap into the artistry that will bless your order, too. The most beautiful, thoughtful creations always. Phonsie’s Bakery made our cake for our wedding, and it was beautiful!! Lena made both a two-tiered cake and a sheet cake and included several different flavors: lemon with blueberry filling, Oreo, chocolate, and cookie butter. I had multiple people approach me and say it was the best wedding cake they’d ever had! Lena stayed to help cut the cake, which was beyond the call of duty and very much appreciated!! Any time I need a cake in the future, Phonsie’s will always be my first choice!!
