Phonsie’s Background And Mission
I was blessed with the idea to start a bakery the year my grandmother transitioned to the afterlife 💛 My grandmother (GrandMommy as we all called her) taught me how to bake when I was very young. She used to tell me stories about the bakery she worked in when she was growing up and how much she loved and enjoyed it. Everyday I came home from school, she would have SOMETHING in the oven 🥰 (Mini lemon merengue pies were her signature and also my favorite 🤤🤤🤤) and it always smelled delicious no matter what it was. Naturally, I named my bakery after her to show my appreciation for everything she was and still is to me. Everything I bake is from scratch and handmade with love and the best intentions. I have so much passion for not only baking, but the art of creating a masterpiece with my hands and I just want to share my talents with the world and make my family proud 💛
