All orders will default to local pick up in Port Orange, FL unless shipping details are provided in original order inquiry form. Local pick up address will be provided to you upon order confirmation once your invoice is paid in full. The pick up location will be provided to you via your preferred contact method as indicated on your order form. We offer shipping in the continental U.S. Please note that shipping is an additional fee and the price will be included in your quote only when the shipping address is provided with original order request details box. Orders that require shipping must allow at least a 3 week lead way to the date of your requested receive by date. Orders are shipped at least 5 days prior to your requested receive by date to allow for a timely delivery. Any orders requesting shipping that are under 3 weeks will be declined in order to allow us to provide the best service and product possible. Though your cookies will be packed with the utmost love and care, we cannot guarantee against breakage. Please consider the risk of shipping prior to your order as we will not offer refunds due to the custom nature of your order.

Cookies will remain fresh for about 3-5 days and will last longer if stored properly. If cookies are individually wrapped, leave them in their heat sealed bags until ready to consume. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do NOT place in the refrigerator. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature to maintain their freshness. Leftovers can be frozen in a freezer safe container or bag up to 3 months. When ready to eat, thaw on the counter for 2-3 hours or until they have reached room temperature. Do NOT microwave. Do NOT open container until cookies are completely thawed. Enjoy!
