▫️Please allow up to 48 hours for a response

▫️Submitting an order request for custom cookies does not secure your order. Orders are only scheduled once your invoiced, full payment is received

▫️Lead time is a minimum of 2 weeks

▫️Shipping adds an additional week, so plan for at least 3 weeks total from order to delivery if shipping is requested.
