I’m Heather and I’m excited to bring a centuries-old Belgian tradition to our neighborhood. Lìege waffles are made with a brioche yeast dough and authentic Belgian beetroot pearled sugar. They are caramelized on the outside and chewy on the inside. Amazing.

Lìege waffles are best toasted. They also freeze very well. When you’re ready to eat, pop them in the toaster and add your favorite toppings.
