Peaches & Dreams Bakery

I’ve been baking my whole life, long before Peaches & Dreams had a name. But nearly three years ago, while I was undergoing treatment for endometrial cancer, I found myself spending even more time in the kitchen. Baking became my escape—a way to keep my mind busy, focus on something positive, and find a little bit of normal during a really difficult season. I poured that energy into creating custom cookies and cakes for the people I loved most.

What started as a creative outlet soon became a way to help offset some of my treatment expenses. The requests kept coming, the cookie boxes kept leaving my doorstep, and it became clear it was time to make it official. Today, I’m grateful to be in remission, and Peaches & Dreams is a reminder that even life’s hardest chapters can grow into something unexpectedly beautiful.

The name itself was inspired by the peach ribbon for endometrial cancer. It’s a small tribute to the journey that started it all and a reminder that hope can grow from even the most difficult seasons. 🎗️

I’m a small-batch baker by choice. I don’t mass produce or take on huge order volumes because I believe cookies and cakes shouldn’t just look amazing—they should taste incredible too. If I can’t give each order the attention it deserves, I don’t put my name on it.

While there are plenty of bakers offering bargain pricing, my mission is different. I focus on artisan techniques, thoughtful flavor combinations, premium ingredients, and treats that truly live up to the hype when you take that first bite. Because good cookies are easy to find. Cookies you still think about tomorrow? That’s the goal.
