Hello! My name is Katherine Grider and I bake in a peaceful little cabin built by my husband!
I started baking when I was 6 years old and I haven't stopped since. I loved seeing the joy my baking brought to people and I want to continue providing warm comforts of home using quality ingredients for a treat you can't refuse!
I started in November of 2022. When my mother-in-law saw my talent and encouraged me to sell my baked goods at a market. I aced the certification, got my cottage license, bought all the labels, all the packaging, and with only a toaster oven, I started selling my baked goods!
I use unbleached and non-enriched flours, cane sugar, local farm eggs, and high quality ingredients.
For pies: I use fresh fruit unless I cannot find them. In this case I either: always make sure the canned fruit I use is as close to water and fruit as possible, (No added sugar, no high fructose corn syrup) or I use frozen fruit.
