Delivery Details
Hamilton Area: Delivery is available every day, but must be scheduled in advance.
Outside Hamilton: Delivery is available on Saturdays and Sundays. Please message us to check if your location is included in our delivery route.
Delivery Fee: Please note, we charge a delivery fee. The cost will vary depending on the location.

Pre-order Policy And Payment Details
We require a 50% down payment to confirm your order.
The remaining balance must be paid 2 days before your scheduled pick-up day.
No down payment, no cake.
You can make the down payment via e-transfer to pandeordi@gmail.com.
Please ensure timely payment to avoid any delays with your order. Thank you for your understanding!
Pick Up Policy And Details
All orders must be picked up within the scheduled pick-up time.
While we do our best to accommodate customers at their most convenient time, please ensure to communicate your preferred pick-up time in advance and arrive at the scheduled time.
An extra charge may apply for any wait time if you arrive outside the scheduled pick-up time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Non-Customized Products
Cancellations for non-customized products must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled pick-up time or delivery day.
A 25% cancellation fee of the total order will apply for cancellations made within the 48-hour window.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

This policy applies only to customized cakes and cupcakes orders.
Cancellations are accepted 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date.
For cancellations made at least 7 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% of your down payment will apply.
Only 50% of your down payment will be refunded for cancellations made within the 7-day window.
For example:
If you ordered a $100 customized cake, your down payment (reservation fee) is $50.
$25 will be applied as the cancellation fee.
Only $25 will be refunded.
If you cancel within 7 days of the pick-up date, the down payment will not be refunded.
