Hamilton Area: Delivery is available every day, but must be scheduled in advance. Outside Hamilton: Delivery is available on Saturdays and Sundays. Please message us to check if your location is included in our delivery route. Delivery Fee: Please note, we charge a delivery fee. The cost will vary depending on the location. We require a 50% down payment to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid 2 days before your scheduled pick-up day. No down payment, no cake. You can make the down payment via e-transfer to pandeordi@gmail.com. Please ensure timely payment to avoid any delays with your order. Thank you for your understanding!

All orders must be picked up within the scheduled pick-up time. While we do our best to accommodate customers at their most convenient time, please ensure to communicate your preferred pick-up time in advance and arrive at the scheduled time. Cancellation Policy for Non-Customized Products Cancellations for non-customized products must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled pick-up time or delivery day. A 25% cancellation fee of the total order will apply for cancellations made within the 48-hour window. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Thank you for your understanding! This policy applies only to customized cakes and cupcakes orders. Cancellations are accepted 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date. For cancellations made at least 7 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% of your down payment will apply. Only 50% of your down payment will be refunded for cancellations made within the 7-day window. For example: If you ordered a $100 customized cake, your down payment (reservation fee) is $50. $25 will be applied as the cancellation fee. Only $25 will be refunded. If you cancel within 7 days of the pick-up date, the down payment will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!
