Secret recipe baklava is made with cinnamon walnut filling, and topped with rose water simple syrup and garnished with pistachios and crushed rose petals. $60 per tray.

Du-bye Chocolate Baklava has pistachios, chocolate, pistachio cream and crunchy kataifi! $75 per tray.

Trays each come with 32 pieces.

Traditional Palestinian kunafa, sweet and savory Palestinian dessert made with kataifi (shredded phyllo dough), mozzarella and Nabusli cheeses, baked with rich ghee, and topped with a rosewater simple syrup. Garnished with pistachio and rose petals. 9 in diameter, feeds 8-10 people. Can also bake flat style. $50 per tray.
