Traditional Palestinian kunafa. A sweet and savory Palestinian dessert made with kataifi (shredded phyllo dough), mozzarella and Nabusli cheeses, baked with rich ghee, and topped with a rosewater simple syrup. Garnished with pistachio and rose petals. 9 in diameter, feeds 8-10 people.🌹🍮
