50% is due at time of order unless order is less than two weeks away than the entire balance is due upon ordering. Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice or order will be cancelled.
The remaining balance must be paid one week before the event failure to make this payment will result in cancellation and no refunds will be given !
What happens if my order is cancelled?
If the order is canceled, I may not be able to reschedule for the date needed. To avoid cancellation please make sure to pay your invoices on time.
What is your refund policy?
Once deposit is made, it is put on my calendar and I stop taking other orders for that date. If a customer chooses to cancel, no refund will be given. If I have to cancel 100% refund will be given.
If final payment has already been made, and you choose to cancel your order no refunds will be given!
Can I change my due date on my cake order?
If I have availability to change the date for your order, I will do so. If I cannot all monies that have been paid to me at that time will be forfeited. No store credit will be issued..
