I’m a stay at home Nana who loves to bake and decorate! I’ve been in the business several years but just recently went out on my own! I am located in Enid, OK and service the surrounding areas. I look forward to hearing from you!

Policy on Regular Orders:

For orders under $50.00 full payment is required when the order is placed.

For order totaling more than $50.00 I require a 50% non-refundable deposit and remainder is due 1 week before pickup. If an order is placed less than 2 weeks in advance I require payment in full at time of order.

If a cancellation occurs on the part of the customer no refund will be given. If I have to cancel for any reason then I will refund 100% of the order.

PICKUP POLICY:

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the cake for any type of damage, discoloration or spelling upon pickup. Refund will not be issued for any of these reasons after cake has been picked up.

All cakes must be picked up within 30 minutes of the agreed time. I can be somewhat flexible if there is communication. If there is no communication it will be considered a No Show. In addition Cake must be picked up according to my schedule after a No Show occurs.

If there is a problem with the cake I must be notified within 24 hrs.

Delivery Policy:

Delivery is only available for Wedding or Quince Cakes at this time unless prior arrangements are made with me. There is no fee if delivery is within Enid City Limits. Customer MUST be present to accept delivery.

Refund policy on Wedding & Quince Cakes:

50% non-refundable deposit is required when order is placed and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before event. If the event is cancelled after the final payment is made no money will be refunded. If I am unable to fulfill my obligation I will refund 100%.
