I have a Gluten Free Sourdough Starter. I use all gluten free products. I have bakeware and utensils strictly for GF only. I have a family member with Celiac and understand the delicate nature of the disease. I have not had any issues with my products or cross contamination. I use extreme caution and baking is done at separate times. That being said these products are prepared in a kitchen where wheat products are also prepared. Therefore as with any Cottage Law bakery, consumers do purchase at own risk and no liability may fall upon seller.

Many people have food allergies. I have more than most. As per Cottage law all ingredients are listed upon labels. It is your responsibility to view ingredients and ask. I will not make anything with peanut butter or peanuts as my own allergies won’t allow it. I do offer products with pecans.
