What type of payment does Nana’s Cupcake Shoppe and More accept?
Nana’s accepts most major credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay and of course, Cash.
Is there a deposit required for each order?
Once Nana has confirmed your order, we appreciate a 50% deposit. The balance will be due at the time of pick up.
What frostings does Nana provide?
Nana offers American Buttercream frosting made from plant-based, shelf-stable butter. Fondant is used only for accent decorations.
What kind of events are cake pops good for?
Cake Pops are great for any occasion! They are especially great as a party favor that Nana attaches a special “thank you” tag to each pop. These pops are sold by the dozen, but are individually wrapped with matching color bows.
What treats does Nana provide?
At Nana’s Cupcake Shoppe and More, we provide custom-made cakes for any occasion, cupcakes, baby & junior-sized Bundt cakes, chocolate-covered Oreos and chocolate-covered pretzels.
Can I contact Nana by phone or text?
Absolutely!! Feel free to contact Nana’s by phone or text! If you reach a recording, please leave Nana a message as she is probably in the kitchen whipping up some yummy frosting! She’ll call or text you back before the end of the day!
Does Nana’s deliver?
Yes, she does deliver to the surrounding areas; however, a small delivery fee will apply.

Please note that Nana’s is not a gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, nut-free or dairy-free facility and that we do not offer items within our bakery that contains all of the aforementioned. In addition, even though we try our best to avoid cross-contamination in our facility, some of our ingredients may come from third-party manufacturers with nuts in their facilities.
What are Nana’s shoppe hours?
Nana’s hours are Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 5pm. She is closed on Sundays.
