Please be aware that, although we do our best to prevent cross contamination, there is a slight risk of the presence of any allergen.
REFUND POLICY
Nana’s Cupcake Shoppe and More, LLC will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet our quality standards once a cake has been picked up or delivered. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our facility. We will only give refunds if the product does not meet the flavor, size, or general description agreed upon.
DESIGN VARIATION
At Nana’s, although we make every attempt to provide a product as close to what has been agreed upon, the final product may be subject to slight variations. Please be aware that exposure to light can cause colors to change. No refunds will be given if this occurs.
CARE and HANDLING
Nana is not responsible for any damage to the cake or product after pick up or after set up is complete. The client is expected to provide appropriate and secure transportation as well as secure table and environment for the cake or baked goods. Cakes can sometimes be heavy and require a sturdy table and appropriate room temperature of 72° or below, out of sunlight, strong, lighting, or studio light.
Again, once the product has been picked up and leaves our facility, Nana’s is no longer
responsible for the baked goods.
