I love sourdough - not only for its wonderful flavor and texture, but also for the many benefits that come from the long, natural fermentation process. Many people find sourdough is easier to digest, gentler on blood sugar levels due to its low glycemic index, and beneficial for nutrient absorption and gut health.

My goal is to create wholesome, delicious baked goods that nourish the body, bring comfort to your table, and make everyday moments feel just a little more special!
