Hi, I’m Yinyan!

I have been baking various breads since 2014. My daughter and I began baking sourdough bread and treats together in the summer of 2024.

What started as a hands-on homeschool project quickly turned into a shared passion.

We now craft beautiful, delicious sourdough breads and a variety of wholesome goodies that have become favorites among our family and friends.

Inspired by their encouragement, we decided to share our creations with our neighbors and local community.

There are many health benefits of eating authentic sourdough baked goods .

1. Reduced Gluten: Slow fermentation process breaks down gluten, making sourdough a more tolerable option for people with gluten sensitivities.

2. Prebiotic Content: The fermentation process produces beneficial bacteria, known as prebiotics, which promote gut health and improve overall wellbeing.

3. Improved Digestion: Our dough ferment for 32+ hours with the natrual wild yeast. This process breaks down complex carbohydrates, making them easier for the body to digest.

4. Increased Nutrient Absorption: Long-hour fermentation reduces phytic acid, an anti-nutrient that inhibits mineral absorption.

5. Nutrient-Dense: Sourdough is a good source of fiber, protein, vitamins (E, B1-6, B9), and minerals such as iron, zinc, and magnesium.

6. No Preservative: Unlike commercially produced breads, our sourdough contains NO preservatives. The fermentation process naturally preserves the bread for at least 5 days.

7. Enhanced Flavor and Texture: The fermentation process gives sourdough its unique flavor and soft texture.

We’re committed to using only high-quality, clean, and nourishing ingredients such as organic all purpose flour, King Arthur unbleached flour, olive oil, Kirkland unsalted butter, organic eggs, Royal Crest milk, pure wildflower honey, high quality cheese, etc. — because it matters to us that you enjoy the same gourmet experience we offer our own guests.
