Do you require a deposit?
Yes — all custom orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer.
Your order is not secured on my calendar until the retainer is paid.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available for an additional fee based on distance.
Please include your delivery address at checkout for a quote.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
All retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of your event are not eligible for refunds due to ingredients, prep, and scheduling.
If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate depending on availability.
What cake flavors do you offer?
Vanilla, Almond Wedding Cake, Dominican Cake, Strawberry, Lemon, Chocolate Fudge, Hummingbird, Carrot, Banana Pudding, Red Velvet, and more.

Do you make gluten-free, vegan, or keto cakes?
At this time, I do not offer gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, or keto cakes due to Texas Cottage Food Law restrictions and cross-contamination risks.
Do you replicate other bakers’ cakes?
No. I do not copy designs exactly.
You’re welcome to send inspiration photos, and I will create a Mon’Ami Sweets version just for you.
How should I store my cake?
All cakes should be kept refrigerated until about 1 hour before serving.
Leftover cake can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
How do I transport my cake?
Keep the cake on a flat surface in your vehicle (not a seat).
Turn on the A/C — Texas heat is no joke!
Drive slow, especially over bumps and turns.
What is the difference between pickup and delivery?
Pickup is in Melissa, TX at the agreed time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your cake may not be released until after my next scheduled pickup.
Delivery is available for a fee.
What form of payment do you accept?
I accept payments directly through Bakesy, Zelle, or invoice depending on the order.
Do you make sheet cakes?
Yes! I offer ¼ and ½ sheet cakes in select flavors.
Perfect for birthdays, schools, and corporate events.
What if I have allergies?
My products may contain dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, or soy.
I bake under the Texas Cottage Food Law and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Do you offer tastings?
Tastings are available for wedding cakes and tiered cake orders.
A tasting box can be scheduled for an additional fee.
Can I order last-minute?
I take last-minute orders only if I have availability.
