The best way to reheat is to mist the tops with a bit of water and place them in the oven for 5-7 minutes on 350F or until they are warm! Don't use TAP water, use R/O filtered water! Don't reheat in a microwave because the bioavailable nutrients found in the food deteriorate into nothing. Microwaves inactivate 100% of phytonutrients in just 60 seconds. Increases your glucose/insulin response, oxidizes cholesterol, and increases free radicals. Has carcinogenic effects on your health and it produces cataracts.

Our Sourdough bread is just four ingredients: Flour (unbleached, unenriched), R/O water, sourdough starter, and pink Himalayan salt. Since there are no preservatives, this bread dries out quickly and molds faster than store-bought! The best way to keep sourdough fresh is to store in an airtight bag at room temperature for up to 4 days after you get it! You can extend the days by placing the bag in the fridge. You can slice and freeze your bread or freeze it whole to keep it fresh for 6 months! If you find your bread is stale, you can run it under some R/O water and reheat in the oven on 350F for 10-15 minutes to give the loaf a nice crunch and a soft interior! I also spray a slice of bread with R/O water before the toaster if I find it's a bit dry!
