Your restorative odyssey starts now! Our names are Melia and Jonathan (hence MJ’s). An ethic pillar of ours is only serving goods that we personally would eat. We specifically curated our ingredient lists to ensure we give people real whole ingredients with easy to pronounce/recognize ingredients. We have done extensive research to backup the discernment we currently have for choosing the most pure and nutritious ingredients. Extended that research to small niche health nuances that most people don’t recognize play a crucial component in their health longevity. 🧈🍯

Everything is organic. All dairy is vat pasteurized to keep the essential nutrients bioavailable, except the cream cheese. All dairy is grass-fed & grass-finished, except the cream cheese because we haven’t found a brand to use yet. All dairy except cream cheese is from brands that use regenerative farming practices. All dairy is made from the A2/A2 beta-casein protein instead of the traditional A1 protein; except the cream cheese. Finally found a brand a couple days ago that we can access A2/A2 grass-fed & grass-finished regeneratively raised cream cheese that is vat pasteurized. We use raw sugar that is unrefined and regeneratively grown. We NEVER use tap water, we only USE reverse osmosis with composite filter water. Eggs are pasture raised. Specifically use ceylon cinnamon instead of saigon to reduce insulin resistance to promote insulin sensitivity. Unbleached & unenriched flour instead of bleached & enriched. Bleached and enriched strips fiber and phytonutrients. It strips 20 natural essential nutrients & only add back 5 synthetically lab made vitamins and minerals. It also creates insulin resistance. Only stainless steel & glass was used, no non-stick toxic coating (teflon). Absolutely no SEED OILS, because once you heat up a seed oil it becomes rancid creating mitochondrial dysfunction and hormone disruption. We only use grass-fed & grass-finished beef tallow or butter!🌿🐝
