Rental Rates: 5 hour event time + 1 hour set up + 1 hour clean up. $100 an hour (5 hr minimum). • Includes: Six 6 ft. rectangular tables + 80 white folding chairs. •One standard color backdrop. •One Bluetooth speaker. • Event Security during 5-hour event time. Additional Fees: 50% of Room Rate due upon signing of agreement. Remaining 50% due 30 days prior to the event date. Damage Deposit due 1 day prior to the event date.
