Not only was the cake absolutely delicious, it physically looked so beautiful, and you can tell there was so much care and attention given to every detail. The Smores cake was the highlight of the night, it literally was the last thing mentioned in the group chat before everyone went to bed. I highly recommend Missy Moon’s baking wonders for any special event! The fact that the cake was gluten-free was mind-blowing considering how perfect it was. Everyone at our party said it was the best cake they’ve ever had! I am usually not a big fan of cake, but Missy Moon’s cakes are so moist and delicious!! And she was able to do it 100% organic for us. It was lion king themed and my son was so excited!!

I found Missy Moon's cakes after an online search for vegan and gluten-free options for my friends who were having an engagement party. She worked with their dietary requests and design ideas. The cake itself was gorgeous, and I'm not kidding, devoured by the entire party in less than 10 minutes. Several people came back for seconds and a few were disappointed that there wasn't more available! The couple were delighted and felt all of the love and effort that Missy put into her creation. It was the perfect sweet treat to a beautiful and sweet gathering.

She went above and beyond for an affordable price! Accommodated my deadly milk, peanut, and tree nut allergy! 100% wont ever go to any other baker but her now!

Somehow, she turned those ideas into a gorgeous cake that perfectly captured our birthday person's personality and interests. I've had food sensitivities before so I understand how difficult it is to find delicious gluten-free cake, even though I am not certainly gluten free. The cake was delicious and acclaimed by everyone at the event, including an elderly Italian man who would never eat gluten-free items on a normal day. He even requested more the next day. I saved a few pieces in the freezer for myself that I will not be sharing. Thanks and cheers to great tasting cake!

Ordered two dozen cupcakes for daughter‘s baby shower and they turned out beautiful. Missy totally understood my vision and they were decorated super cutely to go with a wildflower theme and also very yummy. Everyone was so surprised when I told them that they were vegan/gluten-free!

Reached out to Missy Moon on Saturday morning to try to see if she had any vegan and gluten free already made desserts available for a last-minute birthday gift. After conversation, she offered to make a full-on custom chocolate overload peanut butter cake, Gluten free and 100% vegan that was ready same day. Besides her being an awesome human, the cake was INSANE! The cake itself didn’t lose any moistness and we are still working on our 8’ size cake and it’s been five days!! Seriously made a delicious vegan and gluten free customized cake from 11am Saturday to pickup 5pm. Chef’s kiss!

All my friend wanted for her birthday was a Missy Moon cake! We had Key Lime coconut, and it was absolutely incredible! I’m in disbelief at how delicious, flavorful, fresh, rich and m***t 😉 this gluten free cake turned out! The ginger, coconut, lime combo was amazing. And it was truly a work of art, adorned with beautiful fresh flowers. Blown away by this lady’s talent! Especially if you can’t digest gluten or dairy and want something truly delicious, made with natural, fresh, and creative ingredients—you’ll be blown away.

When we decided to get married, Missy was the first person we thought of for our cake! From the beginning, she was a joy to work with: creative, responsive, and genuinely excited to help bring our vision to life. She created a beautiful lemon lavender naked cake with cascading flowers and absolutely nailed the vision we had for our wedding day. But even more impressive was how incredible it tasted! We chose a gluten-free and dairy-free cake, and our guests could not stop talking about it. Multiple people told us it was the best wedding cake they had ever had! It’s rare to find a cake that is both beautiful and delicious, especially with dietary accommodations, but she absolutely delivered. Our wedding day was sweeter because of her talent, and we’re so grateful she was part of it. If we had to do it all over again, we’d choose her in a heartbeat.

OMG, Missy Moon’s cakes and cupcakes are BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!! 🤩 No one could believe they were gluten free/dairy free and there were many “this is the best cake I ever had” comments! I ordered a double down chocolate cake with the Lusk icing for my adult daughter’s Bday and was so impressed! The cake was so pretty and unique, like a piece of artwork, and so very yummy. Missy suggested the chocolate ganache filling which made it extra yummy. My daughter said it was the best cake she’s ever tasted and we all agreed!! It was very moist and no one would ever guess it was Gluten /dairy free either🥰

What a good cake. Everyone was saying it was sooo good and then everyone was naming what it tasted like to them, like naming different forms we see in clouds. We could all taste the good flavors in different ways and it was a great conversation cake and we all loved it.

I picked up a coconut key lime cake for my mom's birthday today. Coconut cake used to be her favorite dessert when I was little and we would always make a recipe that her mom passed down to her. Then she found out she had celiac disease and hasn't had coconut cake for 22 years. She hasn't had a lot of yummy desserts she used to love. My mom has always been an amazing cook, but something about gf cake is just so tricky with finding the right texture. She gave up with baking a "good" gf cake several years ago and had just resigned herself to not enjoying desserts anymore. That changed tonight. Mom said this was the best gf cake she had ever had and was shocked that it was also dairy free. My other family members said if I hadn't told them, they would have never known it was gluten free. My bro is a bit of a dessert snob too and went back for a second piece - high praise!! Thank you thank you thank you for helping make my mom's birthday a special one. I’m so happy we found this GF/DF baker in Asheville. It’s hard to find a good baker much less an amazing baker who makes desserts taste even better than the regular baker can. I can’t say enough about how yummy the cinnamon rolls were and the cupcakes were just as good. If we are ever back in this area I will definitely be ordering more. Asheville is so lucky to have you😊

We got the What in the Peanut Butter & Banana cake and it is divine! Moist and flavorful. My husband, who has no food intolerances, has eaten a lot of GF things over the years for me. MissyMoon’s cakes are out of this world! You would never know they are gluten-free and dairy-free (proven by friends who raved about them before we fessed up). They’re rich, moist and decadent. Every time we order I think she can’t top the last one, but she always does. It’s hard to pick a favorite — the double-down chocolate w/lust, the red velvet, the tiramisu, and so many more.

We absolutely love Missy and her cakes! We discovered her bakery early this year and have since used her for all of our celebrations. We have tried several cake vendors around the country for our wedding and other special events and none even come close to the taste, quality, and freshness of Missy's, as well as being gorgeously decorated. They are AMAZING. We so appreciate her always being there for us for all of our special life celebrations.
