Custom & Wedding Cake Cancellation & Refund Policy 1. Deposits and Payments A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking date.Standard Custom Cakes: Final payment must be paid in full 14 days prior to your pickup date.Wedding Cakes: Final payment must be paid in full 1 month prior to your wedding date. 2. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations 7 or more days before pickup: You can choose between a 100% store credit for a future order OR a 50% cash refund of the total amount paid.Cancellations within 7 days of pickup: No cash refunds will be issued. You are eligible to receive a 50% store credit toward a future order. Design Changes: Final design and flavor adjustments must be locked in 14 days prior for custom cakes, and 1 month prior for wedding cakes. 3. Pickup and Liability Once the cake leaves my hands at pickup, all sales are final.I am not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit, improper handling, or poor storage conditions (such as leaving the cake in a hot car). 4. Dissatisfaction Policy Flavor and texture are subjective. Refunds will not be issued because a customer does not prefer the taste profile.In the rare event of a quality error on my part (such as an incorrect flavor or filling), the customer must return at least 75% of the uneaten cake within 24 hours for evaluation. If an error is verified, a partial refund or store credit will be issued.
