Our cookies are individually wrapped and heat-sealed.
Our cookies have a shelf life of 10 days after you receive them. They can also be refrigerated for up to two weeks and most will last well over 6 weeks; however, we think it is best to freeze them if they will not be consumed the week you receive them. Frozen they will last well over 12 months!
Can I freeze my cookies?
Yes! We have found that the cookies are still tasty after freezing them for up to 12 months!
What is the best way to heat my cookie?
From room temperature: We recommend placing them in the oven/air fryer at 350 for 3-4 minutes, but if you are in a rush, the microwave for 10-12 seconds is a good alternative. If reheating more than one cookie in the microwave, we recommend doing them individually.
From frozen, we always recommend letting your cookie thaw before reheating for best results.

How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow up to 48 hours from order confirmation. All orders are baked fresh.
Some orders may be available sooner depending what the order is.

The cream cheese in the frosting is a perishable dairy product that can spoil if left at room temperature, leading to bacterial growth and potential foodborne illness. Storing the frosting at 41°F or lower slows down this process, keeping the frosting fresh and safe for consumption.
