Notice Period
Orders require a minimum notice of 14 days; rush orders may be accepted with a rush fee, based on availability.

Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of receiving your reviewed invoice to secure your booking. Your order will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid in full 1–2 weeks prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Last-Minute Orders
Last-minute orders require full payment at the time of booking and may incur a rush fee starting at $25, subject to availability.

Cancellations & Refunds
Orders are subject to cancellation and availability if clients do not submit their payment within 24-hour of reviewed invoice.
Cancellations require 72-hour notice for dessert credit; no refunds unless initiated by MINI BITES & CAKES.

Care instructions are provided at pickup/delivery; MINI BITES & CAKES is not liable for damage after the desserts leave our care.

Our Signature Flavours
VANILLA A vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. RED VELVET A red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and vanilla buttercream. COOKIES ‘N’ CREAM A cookies ‘n’ cream cake with Oreo crumbles, chocolate ganache drizzle filling, and vanilla buttercream. CHOCOLATE A rich chocolate cake with dreamy chocolate buttercream. BISCOFF BABY A brown sugar cake layered with creamy cookie butter filling, crushed BISCOFF cookies, and silky vanilla bean buttercream. CINNASWIRL A cinnamon roll inspired cake with cream cheese filling and vanilla buttercream.

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE A vanilla cake with fresh strawberry slices and your choice of a vanilla whipped cream OR buttercream. CARROT SPICE A carrot cake with cream cheese wrapped in vanilla bean buttercream. GOLDEN HOUR A fluffy yellow cake with dreamy chocolate buttercream wrapped in vanilla buttercream. MARBLE A marble cake with vanilla OR chocolate buttercream.
Allergens
Please notify MINI BITES & CAKES of any allergens PRIOR to placing your order. MINI BITES & CAKES does not bake out of an allergen-free kitchen, therefore there is always the risk of cross-contamination. MINI BITES & CAKES desserts may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, gluten, eggs, nuts, soy & other allergens. If any of your guests have allergies, it is your responsibility to notify them of the risk & any possible allergens.

Any photos sent to MINI BITES & CAKES are for inspiration only. We do not replicate other artists’ work, therefore the final design may vary slightly.
Delivery & PickUps
All clients are subject to a 15-minute grace period for delivery. Beyond this time, rescheduling may be required and will depend on MINI BITES & CAKES availability. To avoid this, we ask that you arrive on time to pickup your order. For large dessert orders, doorstep delivery is mandatory to ensure the safe handling and transportation of your desserts.
