ORDERING, PICKUP & DELIVERY INFO

Orders are available for scheduled pickup. Full payment is required to secure all orders. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Due to the perishable nature of our candied fruit products and the time required for preparation, all candied fruit sales are final.

IMPORTANT: The 24-hour notice requirement applies to candied fruit products only. Turnaround times for other Mels Treatz items may vary based on product availability and order size.

CANDIED FRUIT ORDERS

Candied fruit orders require a minimum 24-hour notice. Pickup dates and times are based on the availability shown in the booking calendar.

• Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the requested pickup time.

• Same-day candied fruit orders are not available.

• Large orders, party trays, and event orders may require additional notice.

*Same-day orders are not guaranteed and will only be accepted at the discretion of Mels Treatz based on availability.*

PICKUP INFORMATION

Pickup appointments are scheduled in 30-minute windows. Please arrive during your selected pickup time.

A $5 late fee may be applied if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup window without prior communication.If you anticipate being late, please contact Mels Treatz as soon as possible.

DELIVERY POLICY

Candied fruit orders are generally pickup only due to their delicate nature and quality requirements.

Delivery for candied fruit may occasionally be offered during special promotions or under limited circumstances at the discretion of Mels Treatz. When available, delivery fees will apply.

Many other Mels Treatz products, including candy-coated treats, gushers, cotton candy items, candy kabobs, lollipops, pickle treats, and custom creations, may be eligible for delivery for an additional fee based on location.
